The Essentials

There are parts of a party that are required for the party to be... a party. Entitled Group understands that without these things, there is no party.

Celebrity Performances

Nothing makes a party more than a famous musical guest singing their hit song. Entitled Group has built special relationships with artists and can book them for much cheaper than they would normally cost.

Crowd Control

We will recommend barricades if necessary to help keep people in line and porta-potties so that they will be no ruckuses or messes.

DJ

Find a great DJ for you and get his cost as low as possible and make sure he’s available.

Drinks

We find out just how many people you will have at the party and figure out how many (and how potent) drinks your party should have. We will also arrange for a security company to check IDs and be held liable if anything were to go wrong. This ensures that you can worry about having fun and not getting in trouble.

Food

If you need food, we will find a local company to cater/partner up with. Your guests will not go hungry!

Itinerary

It will say exactly where special guests should be from the moment they arrive, to dinner, to the time of the event, to the after party, and to wherever else the road leads. It also includes information about reservations and general information.

Permits

We will find all information on how to receive noise permits and get them so that there will truly be no restrictions as to how awesome your party can be.

Security

We determine the level of security you should have. We'll locate a security company, get their information and pricing, and book them for your party.

Tickets

Entitled Group will find out what ticket company to use and what to put on the tickets. We will also work together with you to determine how much each ticket should sell for. (This only applies if the party is a concert.)

Venue

If you don't already have your venue in mind, we will put together a List of Locations for you and give you a few different options. We will also negotiate with club owners or venue owners in order to get you the best possible deal for that venue.

We also have stage companies that will create a stage for performances or to just make a larger dance floor.

Hands On Management

Hands On Management is very helpful to ensuring a great event.

Coordination

We can come to your event and help to ensure that it runs smoothly. That includes making sure that everything is in place regarding decorations, security is at the location and in the right places, and more. Also, this way we can deal hands on with the special guest celebrity to make sure that he or she is on time and is taken care of.

Liven up the party!

We can also mingle with guests at the party and help to make sure that the entire event is high energy. That includes us talking with people and making sure the DJ is playing hot songs and the overall feeling of the party is great. We deal with it, so you can have fun!

The Extras

Once the essentials and the management aspects of your party are set, the extras will take your party to the next level.

Filming

We have a film crew that can come to your event and professionally film and edit a video for you.

Theme Ideas

We can help you come up with ideas for a theme if you need help with that.

Extra Ideas

We can help you come up with more ideas to make the party a great party including the name for the event, how to set up decorations, and more.

T-Shirts

If you would like custom shirts to promote or remember your event, we can make them for you.
